This solid dishwashing block is a great addition to any zero-waste kitchen, replacing plastic bottles of dishwashing liquid. Handmade here in Founex, using natural ingredients of Coconut Oil, Lime juice, citric acid and lime essential oil. Cured for 6 weeks. They are vegan, palm oil free, and septic tank safe. They are effective enough to cut stubbo grime and grease on dishes, pots and pans. They can also be used for cleaning-duty all over your home. Take stains out of laundry, labels off of jars, spot clean your carpet, wipe down counters... To use, you can: Wipe a wet sponge over to lather and wash a few dishes at a time. Add the block to a sink of warm water, foam with a dish brush or sponge, remove the block and wash dishes as normal in the water. Grate a small amount of soap into your hot water as you fill the sink. Works best with only a small amount, this dishwashing block will last several months and can save loads of plastic bottles from going to the dechettere. Keep the dishwashing block next to the kitchen sink on a well-draining surface.
